Webmail lets you read and send messages from a browser without configuring a desktop mail client. Use the webmail application currently provided for your service, commonly Roundcube, rather than an obsolete application named in an old screenshot.

What you need before you begin
Confirm the full mailbox address and whether its email is hosted on this DirectAdmin server. A domain using an external mail provider may need that provider webmail instead of the local panel link.
01 Open DirectAdmin webmail securely
- Sign in to DirectAdmin and open E-mail Manager > E-mail Accounts for the correct domain.
- If available, use the mailbox action menu and Sign In to Webmail. Allow the popup only from the verified panel site. This delegated route depends on provider settings.
- Alternatively, open the supported webmail link under the panel extra features or service information and sign in with the full mailbox address and mailbox password.
- Check the browser hostname and HTTPS certificate before entering credentials. Verify that the displayed mailbox is the intended one, particularly after using a delegated login.
- Read or send a test message, then log out of webmail when finished. Logging out of one service should not be assumed to end every separate panel or mail session.
How do I verify the webmail session?
Confirm the expected inbox and folders are present and a test message can be sent and received. Check the correct Sent folder if several mail clients use different folder mappings.
Troubleshoot unexpected results
If webmail opens but the inbox is empty, verify the mailbox identity and actual mail provider before deleting or recreating anything. If login fails, test the mailbox password separately from the panel password. For a blocked popup, use the supported direct route rather than lowering browser security globally.
