Review account privacy choices separately from analytics installed on your own website. A setting for the Nabtech service does not automatically change tracking scripts, forms or cookies added by your WordPress plugins and integrations.

01 Review the account policy and browser choices
Our current Privacy Policy explains the account, usage and service information we process, why we use it and how to contact us about privacy. It also describes cookies used for functionality, analytics and advertising. Refer to that policy for current details rather than assuming all service information is anonymous.
- Open the current Nabtech Privacy Policy and review the sections relevant to your concern.
- Use any cookie-preference control presented on the site for the choices it actually offers.
- Review your browser's site-cookie controls if you want to block or remove stored cookies. Blocking all cookies can interfere with sign-in and other service functions.
- For an account-data request or a choice not covered by the interface, use the privacy contact listed in the policy and identify the account or service concerned.
02 Example: identify which privacy setting owns the behaviour
A visitor says a video embed still loads after they change a preference on your company website. That behaviour belongs to the website and its integrations, not to the visitor's Nabtech customer-account settings.
- List the video plugin, theme embed and any tag-manager rule that can insert the player.
- Test the website in a fresh browser session before and after its displayed choice.
- Check the relevant integration's documented settings and repeat the test after an authorised adjustment.
Expected result: the investigation identifies the code or integration actually loading the content. A privacy-policy page or an unrelated client-area cookie choice does not automatically configure that website feature.
How do I review analytics and privacy choices on my own website?
Make a separate inventory of analytics plugins, tag managers, embedded media, advertising scripts and form integrations installed on your website. Check each provider's configuration and documentation. A WordPress privacy-policy page describes your practices; creating that page does not itself disable tracking or implement a consent system.
Test your own site in a clean browser session and inspect the behaviour before and after the choices your site presents. If you remove an integration, check that its script is not still loaded through another plugin, the theme or a tag manager.
03 Keep the request specific
Tell us whether your question concerns Nabtech account information, a service management feature or visitor tracking on your own website. Include the relevant page and observed behaviour without sending passwords, authentication cookies or private visitor records.
Do not expect a single account toggle to erase transaction records or every copy of data held by an external service. The applicable policy and the actual integration determine the available process. If a browser setting prevents access, restore the necessary site-cookie permission and test sign-in again before changing unrelated account settings.
