Preparing a business brief for the NabWP AI website builder

nabwp, wordpress

Prepare a factual business brief so the NabWP AI website builder can create a useful first version of your site. Clear information about your audience, services and desired next action produces a more relevant starting point and reduces the amount of placeholder content to replace.

01 Gather the brief

  • The exact business name and a concise description of what you offer.
  • Your intended audience and the main action visitors should take.
  • The services or products that can be described publicly.
  • The tone, preferred colours and approved contact details.
  • The pages you need, prioritising a focused first launch.

02 Set up the build

  1. Choose a new or staging website if review must happen before public launch.
  2. Open AI website in the selected WordPress Manager and start Build my website.
  3. Enter the business details and tone in plain, specific language.
  4. Select Home plus up to five additional pages from the offered choices.
  5. Review colour and contact details, theme-change information and any prior-page replacement option.
  6. Start the build only when the selected website and publication behaviour are understood.

What should I avoid putting in the brief?

Do not include passwords, private customer records or confidential internal information. Provide only approved facts and claims. If a price, address, testimonial or team detail is not ready, leave a clear review task rather than encouraging the AI to invent one.

Does the full build create drafts for later publication?

The full website build can publish pages during creation. Individual writing tools have separate draft controls, but that does not change the full builder's behaviour. Use an isolated review site when unfinished content must not be public.

03 Review the generated starting point

Read every page for accurate services, contact details, prices and claims. Replace placeholders, check photo suitability and rights, and test buttons and forms. The generated pages use editable WordPress blocks, so you can refine them through the normal editor after the build. Keep the brief and a list of accepted changes so future content remains consistent with the business information you actually approved.
