Translating WordPress content with a completeness review

nabwp, wordpress

Create a translated WordPress draft with NabWP AI, then review both language quality and completeness before publishing it. The original remains available, which gives you a reliable reference for checking whether every important section was carried across.

01 Prepare the source

Use an approved source page or post and confirm its facts are current. Record product names, prices, units, contact details and terminology that should be preserved or adapted deliberately. Choose a reviewer familiar with the target language and the subject.

02 Create the translated draft

  1. Open AI website for the correct NabWP website.
  2. Choose Translate a page, select the source item and an offered target language.
  3. Run the translation and open the new draft beside the original.
  4. Compare the structure and content section by section.
  5. Correct language, omitted material, links and image alternatives through the editor.
  6. Publish only after the target-language review and navigation plan are complete.

Can the tool translate an unlimited page?

No. The current workflow extracts up to 120 text items and truncates each to 600 characters. Long paragraphs or content beyond the extraction limit can be shortened or omitted from what the AI receives. Compare the full original rather than assuming the translated draft contains every word.

Does translation automatically create a multilingual website?

The tool creates a new translated draft. Language switching, translated menus, URL strategy and language-specific SEO relationships need their own supported configuration. Do not assume publishing the draft automatically connects it to a multilingual plugin or adds the correct navigation everywhere.

What should a language reviewer check?

Review meaning, tone, local terminology, dates, numbers and calls to action. Check that product limits and policy qualifications have not changed. A literal translation can be grammatically plausible while conveying the wrong business meaning. Test buttons and forms in the translated journey.

03 Preserve and verify

Keep the original unchanged until the translated version is approved. For long content, use a controlled section-by-section editorial process and maintain a completeness checklist. Review search visibility, canonical and language settings according to the site's chosen multilingual architecture. A new draft is a starting point for publication, not a guarantee of professional translation or complete localisation.
