A focused screenshot or log excerpt helps us understand your problem faster. It should show the error and relevant context while keeping passwords, private keys and unrelated customer information out of the support case.

01 Tell us what you were trying to do
Include the affected service or domain, the page or application, the action you performed and what you expected to happen. Record the approximate time and timezone. Explain whether the problem affects one user, one website or several services.
Service: [service reference]
Domain: [domain]
Action: [what I selected or submitted]
Expected result: [result]
Actual result: [error]
Time and timezone: [details]
Recent change: [change or none known]
02 Prepare a screenshot
- Capture enough of the interface to identify the relevant setting or error.
- Remove unrelated tabs, conversations and customer records from view.
- Redact passwords, tokens, authentication QR codes, one-time codes and payment information.
- Keep useful technical details such as the error code, hostname and relevant field labels readable.
- Attach the image through your authenticated support case rather than publishing it in a public website directory.
03 Prepare a log excerpt
Copy the relevant failure and a small amount of surrounding context. Preserve timestamps and error identifiers. Replace secrets with a clear label such as [REDACTED TOKEN] so we can still understand the message structure.
Do not send an entire environment file, database export or full mailbox merely because a short excerpt is requested. For a mail problem, a diagnostic delivery report is often more useful than the confidential message body. For an application problem, identify the runtime and release without including its secret values.
04 Keep the case connected
Reply in the same case when adding evidence or reporting another test. Explain what changed between attempts. Avoid simultaneous destructive fixes, such as deleting tables or reissuing credentials, while our team is still establishing the cause.
05 Questions we receive
What if I already shared a live secret?
Tell us which type of secret was exposed, without repeating it, and follow the issuing service's rotation or revocation procedure. Removing an attachment is not proof that a copied credential can no longer be used.
Can a guest ask a general product question?
Yes. Use our contact route for pre-sales guidance. Account-specific changes need appropriate verification, so sign in to the relevant client account when you need help with an existing service.
