Adding the Nabtech client area to your phone or desktop

account-help

You can give our client area a convenient shortcut on supported phones and computers. Some browsers offer an installable web app when the site meets their requirements; others create a home-screen or desktop shortcut. The available option depends on the browser, operating system and current website capabilities.

01 Use the official address

Open https://my.nabtech.co/ directly and confirm the address before signing in. Avoid creating a shortcut from a temporary payment-provider page or a link containing an account token.

  1. On a supported desktop Chrome installation, open the browser menu and look for the page's install option, which may appear under Cast, save and share. Use it if offered and review the application name.
  2. On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, use Share and select Add to Home Screen. Review the name and address before adding it.
  3. On Android, open the browser menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen. Follow the option actually offered by the browser.
  4. Launch the new icon and confirm it opens the intended Nabtech address. Sign in through the normal account process.

02 Keep account security enabled

A shortcut does not replace a password, multi-factor authentication or the device's lock screen. On a shared computer, avoid saving access that lets another person open billing information. Sign out when the session is no longer needed.

Why is there no install button?

The browser may not support installation, the site may not currently offer an installable app, or an organisation policy may block it. Use a normal bookmark or home-screen shortcut instead. You do not need to download an unofficial APK or desktop installer to reach the client area.

Does it work offline?

Do not assume that invoices, support requests or hosting actions can complete without an internet connection. If a page shows stale information, reconnect and refresh it before making a billing or service decision. Removing the shortcut normally removes that local convenience, not the Nabtech account or subscription.
