We offer two hosting products with management workspaces designed for different needs. Nabtech Web Hosting uses the Account Manager and its Hosting AI Engineer. NabWP Managed WordPress Hosting uses the WordPress Manager and its WordPress AI Engineer. Start with the product that owns the affected website or hosting service, then open the Engineer in that product's management workspace.

01 Match the Engineer to the affected service
| Engineer | Typical work and workspace |
|---|---|
| Hosting AI Engineer | The Hosting AI Engineer focuses on the wider hosting account. Its available actions can involve domains, DNS, email, databases, PHP, files, scheduled tasks, backups, and supported applications. This makes it useful for general website hosting and account-level investigations. Its tools are limited to those supported and enabled for the selected service. |
| WordPress AI Engineer | The WordPress AI Engineer focuses on a WordPress installation and the work around it. It can use WordPress-aware diagnostics and management commands, inspect plugin or theme problems, investigate errors, and help with supported code changes. NabWP also provides separate tools for building and managing WordPress websites, so you can move between creation, administration, and technical assistance within the WordPress Manager. |
02 Choose the correct workspace for a practical task
For example, investigate a mailbox or DNS configuration issue through the workspace that manages that hosting account. Investigate a NabWP plugin conflict through the WordPress Engineer for the affected installation. If the problem spans both areas, tell us which product contains the website and where the domain or email is managed so we can direct the next step.
Access to one product does not automatically establish access to every tool in the other product. Our current offer gives five free AI credits daily for each eligible hosting service and its relevant Engineer experience. The NabWP builder, writing tools and WordPress Engineer share that service's daily allowance. Check the selected workspace for its actual availability and remaining allowance.
03 Example: choose the Engineer that owns the problem
Your account contains a Web Hosting service for a custom business application and a NabWP service for a WordPress shop. Two problems are reported on the same morning.
| Reported problem | Workspace to open |
|---|---|
| The custom application's scheduled report has stopped. | The Web Hosting Account Manager and its Hosting AI Engineer. |
| A plugin update changed the shop's product layout. | The affected NabWP website and its WordPress AI Engineer. |
Include the relevant website address and the observed behaviour in each request. If the shop uses a separately subscribed email provider, identify that provider when a mail dependency is involved.
Expected result: each investigation starts with the correct service, tools and allowance. Opening another Engineer does not transfer the affected resource into that service.
How do I choose the correct Engineer for the affected resource?
- For an email account, DNS action or general application, select the hosting service that manages that resource.
- For a NabWP plugin, theme or WordPress content problem, select the relevant WordPress website within its service.
- If an external provider controls a dependency, identify that boundary in the request rather than assuming the Engineer has authority over it.
The visible Engineer and its tools follow the product configuration. Where another application-hosting service has its own Engineer, that workspace remains limited to the application and features enabled for that service. Do not treat the WordPress allowance as a separate allowance for every website-creation button.
