The activity feed shows the work our AI Engineer is attempting during your session. You may see progress messages, diagnostic actions, tool output, proposed changes, approval requests, and errors. This makes it easier to follow an investigation and understand why the Engineer is moving from one step to another.

01 Interpret progress and individual tool results
A message saying that the Engineer is checking a page describes an action in progress. A successful tool result means that particular operation completed according to the tool. Neither alone proves that your original business problem is resolved. For example, changing a setting successfully does not prove that visitors can submit a form, and a page returning a successful response does not prove that every part of checkout works.
Look for a final explanation that connects the evidence to your request. It should identify what was found, describe the changes made, state which checks passed, and mention anything still uncertain. If the Engineer reports a tool error, an access limit, an approval wait, or an exhausted allowance, read that condition before treating the task as finished.
02 Confirm that the original problem is resolved
You can ask follow-up questions such as, "Which check confirms the original error is gone?" or "Did you test the affected page after the change?" Then perform an appropriate customer-side check. For an enquiry form, submit a safe test message and confirm the expected receipt. For a layout change, inspect the relevant page on the screen sizes that matter to your visitors.
03 Share the useful context with support
If further help is needed, share the service name, the affected feature, and a concise summary of the last completed step with our support team. Remove passwords, tokens, and private customer information from any copied output or screenshot.
04 Example: distinguish a saved change from a completed repair
The Engineer reports that it updated a form setting. That confirms one operation, but your original goal was for enquiries to reach the team.
- Read the activity feed to find the completed change and any later verification result.
- Open the contact page as a visitor and submit a message titled
Website enquiry test. - Confirm the page shows its expected response and the intended mailbox receives the message.
- Reply through the normal business workflow and check that the reply reaches your test address.
If the page confirms submission but no message arrives, give the Engineer that exact result instead of starting the original request again.
Expected result: success is supported by the complete customer journey, including delivery, rather than by a single saved-setting message.
Does a paused AI session mean the proposed change was completed?
- Find the last completed operation, not just the latest progress message.
- Check whether the session is waiting for approval, additional information, continuation or more available AI usage.
- Inspect the affected page or resource before deciding whether to resume, change the request or seek human help.
Do not infer that a progress spinner means the server is still working indefinitely, or that a tool error means all earlier steps were rolled back. Keep the last result and time so support can identify the specific operation without repeating an uncertain change.
