Our AI Engineers can investigate issues, explain findings, carry out supported work, and check results within the selected hosting service. Their effectiveness depends on the evidence available, the enabled tools, account permissions, application compatibility, external services, and the remaining AI allowance. We do not promise that every issue can be fixed automatically or that any requested application can be completed in a single session.

01 Recognize when human support or another provider is needed
Contact our support team when a problem concerns service activation, billing, missing management access, a hosting platform outage, or a change that requires privileges outside your account. Human help is also appropriate if the Engineer repeatedly reaches the same error, cannot explain a proposed risky action clearly, or reports that a required tool is unavailable.
Some website problems involve systems outside the hosting account, such as a domain managed elsewhere, an external mail provider, a payment gateway, or a paid plugin vendor. The Engineer may help identify the likely boundary and gather useful evidence, but it cannot guarantee control over those services or override their policies. A hosting change should not be used to guess around an external account problem.
02 Provide context and verify the business outcome
If your live business website is failing, tell us how customers are affected and whether any changes have already been applied. Provide the service name, the affected page or function, when the issue began, and the Engineer's latest useful finding. Keep credentials and private customer information out of copied output.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a requested behavior meets your business needs. For important changes, combine the Engineer's technical checks with your own review of the customer experience. Our support team can help assess the next step when the task needs expertise, access, or decisions beyond the current AI session.
03 Example: hand an unresolved AI task to support
The Engineer has investigated an enquiry form and found that website submission succeeds but the external mail service rejects delivery. Give support a compact record that identifies the remaining boundary.
Service: [your Web Hosting service reference]
Affected page: https://example.com/contact
Impact: Customers cannot deliver enquiries through the form.
Started: [date, time and timezone]
Last AI result: Submission completed; external mail delivery failed.
Changes already applied: [list, or say none]
Latest test: [time and exact non-secret error]
Mail provider: [the provider used by the website]
Add the relevant activity result or support ticket reference, with customer messages removed from the copied example.
Expected result: support can assess the next action and involve the appropriate provider without repeating work or assuming the whole form is broken.
What should I send support after an unresolved AI investigation?
- State the service, affected URL, business impact and time the problem started.
- Summarise the last completed Engineer action, the result of its verification and any pending approval or allowance message.
- Tell us whether live orders, bookings or other data continue to arrive, and identify the recovery copy available.
An accurate handover avoids repeating work that already changed the website. For an external gateway, mail provider or plugin licence, include the relevant non-secret error so the correct provider can be involved. Support can assess the next step without promising that every third-party system is under our control.
